I would recommend her anytime. She sold (1) home for us and probably showed us at least 25 homes before she helped us close on a home that was a short sale. She was always available to show us any homes that we wanted to see. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again!

Cheryl goes above and beyond for each one of their clients. Cheryl took my wife and i to look at a dozen houses in different towns until we found our forever home. that is when she put her boxing gloves on and fought for use, she make sure we got the best deal and made sure we got the house. Cheryl was there until keys were in our hand. she was there for every part of the closing process and made sure everything was right. even after closing she checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. she became a friend of our family and always will be. if you are looking for a home Cheryl is the person for you.

Cheryl was very knowledgeable about Manahawkin and had several appointments made for me in no time. What I like the most about Cheryl is her demeanor, she has the ability to show compassion while derailing my sometimes quick temper. If you ever applied for a loan then you know what I am talking about, all the paperwork can really feel overwhelming and Cheryl handled me and the situation with the utmost in professionalism while maintaining just the right amount of caring and understanding. The closing lasted all of 20 minutes and I think that was in part due to Cheryl's preparations and being on the ball prior to the closing date. I've heard some horror stories about other RE agents but with Cheryl I never doubted her abilities and she did not disappoint. I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking to sell/buy or rent a home in New Jersey, she made the experience fun and enjoyable!

She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with me. I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. I wasn't entirely sure what the process would entail because this was going to be a second home/summer house and how much work it would take, but Cheryl was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had my best interests in mind.
